Rates
The Arbitration Suite is available free of charge for MIAC administered proceedings.
The following rates apply to other proceedings and events.

| Tribunal Breakout Room | Max. 10 | MUR 500 per hour per room (subject to a daily cap of MUR 4,000) |
A daily rate of MUR 20,000 applies for the hire of the Arbitration Suite in its entirety.
An additional fee of MUR 1,500 per hour may apply for the assistance provided by MIAC staff.
Judicial Committee of the Privy Council Hearings
The Arbitration Suite can be used for hybrid hearings in proceedings before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
