In its 2019 Guide to Regional Arbitration, Global Arbitration Review (GAR) has recognized MIAC as one of the eight arbitration centres in Africa and the Middle East that are “worth a closer look”. According to GAR, this group of institutions “are worth consideration and may be a fine choice depending on the case”. MIAC has operated as an independent arbitration centre since 27 July 2018, and will continue to bring the highest level of dispute resolution services to the international community.
