MIAC is pleased to support the Africa Arbitration Academy Flagship Training Programme taking place between 4th and 22nd October 2021.
30 participants from 20 African countries, including Mauritius, are attending this year’s 3-week advanced training delivered online. The Flagship Training Programme features some of the elite thought leaders and leading arbitral institutions from around the world.
MIAC Registrar, Clémence Assou, delivered a lecture on Arbitration under the 2018 MIAC Arbitration Rules on Tuesday, 5th October 2021.
